ELEVATOR TECHNICIAN

Location: Various

Summary of job: Technically proficient individual to install, repair and modernize elevators. AND/OR Technically proficient individual to perform preventive maintenance and troubleshooting of elevators on maintenance contract service.

Compensation: Hourly wage depending on experience and proficiency. Company vehicle may be provided for job.

Experience: Candidates with electrical/mechanical experience. Prior elevator experience a plus. Also, aircraft maintenance or military background a plus.

SALES REPRESENTATIVE

Location: Various

Summary of job: Customer oriented individual to sell maintenance and modernization contracts to elevator customers. Success will be measured by achieving sales and margin targets, and communicating well with both existing customers and prospective customers.

Compensation: Base salary, company car, plus incentive compensation based on sales results

Experience: College degree; prior elevator sales experience a plus.

BRANCH MANAGER

Location: Various

Summary of job: Profit and loss responsibility for geographic area. Key metrics are customer and employee satisfaction, business growth, and margins.

Compensation: Base salary, company car, plus in certain cases incentive compensation based on profits.

Experience: Prior elevator industry experience in branch management, sales, or field management position.
